Planet Trail Uetliberg, Zurich, Switzerland

When I'm not immersed in user research, you'll find me exploring new coffee shops, hiking trails, or planning my next travel adventure.

These pursuits fuel my curiosity about human behavior and cultural nuances - the same curiosity that drives my professional passion. My approach to research is deeply rooted in the ethnographic tradition of "going where the action is."

As ethnographer Jan Chipchase notes, "The simple act of showing up and participating in people's lives creates a thousand opportunities to see what they can't see themselves."

This philosophy has led me to discover crucial insights that have shaped product decisions and improved user experiences across diverse domains - from spending hours alongside warehouse workers using the contextual inquiry method, to conducting ride-alongs with law enforcement officers to understand how they interact with technology in high-stakes situations.
